Hot Wings


Bag of chicken wings

Any type of cooking oil



Preheat oil in a small pot

Place wing in oven on a cooking sheet to back off any extra water from thawing at 350 F for 5 mins

Once at cooking temp add wings make sure to flip wing in the oil to cook evenly

Check to make sure that the wings are cooked fully through once they start to float

Let cook till golden brown

Shake any excess oil back into the pot

CAREFULLY add seasonings or sauces of your choosing

Hot wings are easy to make at home

French fries

Add to preheated oil. Let cook for about 10-15 mins or till a crispy golden brown. Shake any excess oil back into the pot CAREFULLY. Add a pinch of salt (season to taste). Let rest for 3 mins.

Hot and garlic wing sauce


2 cups of water

2 1/2 table spoons of corn starch for thickness

1 teaspoon minced garlic

2 teaspoons sugar

1 table spoon chili powder

2 Teaspoons Cayenne pepper

3 teaspoons Black pepper

1 cup bbq sauce

2 teaspoons garlic powder

2 pinches of crushed red pepper

1/8 stick butter

2 teaspoons Jalapeño juice

1 table spoon Paprika

1 diced green hot pepper


Mix corn starch, water, and sugar until desolated before placing on heat. Add other ingredients after placed on heat. Mix till brought to a boil…If not thick enough, mix corn starch and cold water till dissolved and mix with the hot sauce till correct thickness add chili powder and paprika to get a reddish-orange color to it (season to taste). Let rest for 20 mins before adding wings After cooling prosses mix wings
