“I ain’t gonna lie man, I caught that pass and I blacked out,” Mecole Hardman said during a postgame interview.  “I didn’t know what was going on until I saw Pat running to me, and I was like, ‘Oh, we just won? Let’s celebrate!'”

Kansas City Chiefs’ quarterback Patrick Mahomes told his shocked teammate that they had just won Super Bowl LVIII. It was Hardman’s 3-yard touchdown on the game’s final play that sealed the Chiefs as an NFL dynasty.

Following their 25-22 overtime victory over the San Francisco 49ers at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, the Chiefs celebrated their third championship in five seasons. This is the ninth time in history that an NFL team has won back-to-back Super Bowls;

the last time was during the 2003-04 season for the New England Patriots.

Travis Kelce was fired up throughout the game. In addition to catching nine passes for 93 yards, he played a crucial role in the game’s winning pass to Mecole Hardman. With confetti falling, the record-breaking tight end, holding the Lombardi Trophy high, belted “Viva Las Vegas” to an electric crowd. As she did two weeks ago during the Chiefs’ AFC Championship Game victory, Taylor Swift hugged and kissed Kelce after his exciting speech. They have become the superstar couple of the NFL.

Swift, making a much-anticipated appearance at the game and traveling from Tokyo to Las Vegas, was certainly not the only celebrity in attendance on Sunday night. Among those spotted were Lana Del Rey, Blake Lively, Justin and Hailey Bieber, Leonardo DiCaprio, Jeff Goldblum, Paul Rudd, Jared Leto, and Beyonce. All were there to enjoy a thrilling game of football and an incredible performance from Usher, with Jermaine Dupri, Lil Jon, Ludacris, Alicia Keys, will.i.am, and H.E.R.

For those who could not care less about the game, the advertisements were entertaining enough. An embarrassed Matt Damon and a giddy Tom Brady lent a hand to Ben Affleck attempting to charm Jennifer Lopez in a humorous Dunkin’ commercial.  “Friends” stars Jennifer Aniston and David Schwimmer appeared in an Uber Eats commercial about forgetting along with David and Victoria Beckham parodying their Beckham documentary’s “Be Honest” moment.  Former “Suits” costars and Meghan Trainor appeared in an e.l.f. Cosmetics ad featuring Judge Judy.

With Usher bringing the music and the Chiefs serving up a nail-biter matchup against the 49ers, Super Bowl LVIII had something for everyone to enjoy on a memorable Sunday night in Vegas.
